Limited Consumer Warranty
adidas GOLF APPAREL WARRANTIES:
With respect to adidas Golf apparel, adidas Golf warrants, to the original consumer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 2 years, and for accessories for one year, from the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product; and (2) the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
If a defect in a genuine adidas Golf product appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, adidas Golf, in its sole discretion, will (1) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product, or (2) refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use in any instance where the product is no longer available upon prompt return of the product to adidas Golf through any authorized adidas Golf dealer.
ADIDAS GOLF FOOTWEAR RETURNS, WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES:
Footwear Returns Policy
Unworn adidas Golf footwear may be returned within 30 days of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase from an authorized adidas Golf retailer. Returns of adidas Golf footwear purchased from an authorized adidas Golf retailer should be made to the original place of purchase and will be for exchange only with another adidas Golf product. Returns of adidas Golf footwear purchased online at adidasgolf.ca will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase, provided that a Return Authorization Number has been issued by adidas Golf Customer Service at 1-800 668-9883.
Two-Year Quality Warranty
All adidas Golf footwear includes a Quality Warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship during normal and customary use for 2 years from the original date of purchase from an authorized adidas Golf retailer provided there are no Invalid Warranty Conditions as listed below. This Quality Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Footwear found to be defective, at the sole discretion of adidas Golf, will be replaced with the same style or an equivalent adidas Golf footwear product (upgrades are not permitted). Defects relating to waterproofing are subject to the Waterproof Warranty only.
adidas Golf footwear is designed to provide exceptional fit and comfort for everyone. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or comfort of your adidas Golf footwear within 90 days of purchase, and there are no Invalid Warranty Conditions as listed below, you may exchange them for another adidas Golf product upon presentation of proof of purchase from an authorized adidas Golf retailer. adidas Golf footwear subject to the Comfort Guarantee may also be returned to the original place of purchase for a full refund upon presentation of original proof of purchase. Such returns for a full refund is a limited time offer at participating U.S. retailers only, may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts or promotions and may be discontinued at any time.
All adidas Golf footwear with a specific waterproof rating is warranted to be waterproof under normal use for either 1 year or 2 years from the date of the original purchase, provided there are no Invalid Warranty Conditions as listed below. (Footwear without a specific waterproof rating is not covered by this warranty.) Footwear failing to be waterproof, as determined at the sole discretion of adidas Golf, will be replaced with the same style or an equivalent adidas Golf footwear product (upgrades are not permitted).
Please refer to the original packaging to verify if the two-year or one-year Waterproof Warranty applies or call adidas Golf Customer Service at 1-800 668-9883. Also note, if the original purchase date cannot be established by presentation of proof of purchase, the manufacture date of the footwear product (shown on the underside of the tongue) will be used as the purchase date for purposes of determining the commencement of the Waterproof Warranty period.
Invalid Warranty Conditions for Footwear
Even if the applicable Warranty or Guarantee period has not expired, certain conditions may invalidate adidas Golf Warranty or Guarantee coverage as determined by adidas Golf in its sole discretion. adidas Golf will NOT exchange or issue a refund for any returned adidas Golf footwear that are or have experienced:
Excessive damage to upper or outsole caused by negligence
Abrasions, cuts or other damage to upper caused by mistreatment (including spikes)
Cracking of upper leather caused by lack of maintenance and care
Damage to cleat receptacle by use of non-conforming cleats
Size and style selection complaints
Salesman samples or promotional products
Returns from consumers residing outside the U.S.
Blemished or B-grade products
LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES FOR ALL ADIDAS GOLF PRODUCTS:
Warranty claims will be handled at adidas Golf's sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.
With respect to all products, any replacement product will be warranted from the date of purchase of the original product from an authorized retailer, not from the replacement date.
ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.
ADIDAS GOLF IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE ADIDAS GOLF PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranties set forth above.
No person, agent, distributor, dealer or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of these warranties in any manner whatsoever.
These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE PROCEDURE FOR ALL ADIDAS GOLF PRODUCTS
If you have any questions or wish to make a claim under a Warranty or Guarantee, please contact your nearest authorized adidas Golf dealer or the Customer Service Department at 1-800-668-9883. You may also contact the Customer Service Department at the number listed above to determine whether a retailer is an authorized adidas Golf dealer. Once Customer Service determines the product is subject to a Warranty or Guarantee, a Return Authorization Number will be issued to you along with shipping instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the exterior of the package containing the returned product in order to be physically received by the warehouse. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not mean that adidas Golf will accept the Warranty or Guarantee claim as Invalid Warranty Conditions may be identified upon receipt of the returned product. adidas Golf will pay for shipping charges to return the defective product. adidas Golf will return the replacement product at no charge.
